WHAT WE OFFER
-
Small, facilitated peer gatherings (8–12 people) designed to support meaningful connection.
Each circle includes:
Clear agreements around listening and confidentiality
Gentle prompts to guide reflection and conversation
Space to speak, listen, or simply be present
Circles focus on themes such as:
Belonging and identity
Loneliness and friendship
Life transitions
Purpose and meaning
You are never required to share.
Silence is welcome. -
Dedicated spaces for men to explore connection, loneliness, and emotional expression in a grounded, non-performative way.
These gatherings:
Move away from bravado or fixing
Invite honesty without pressure
Centre listening, reflection, and mutual respect
They are informed by years of experience facilitating men’s peer-support spaces, while remaining open, accessible, and community-focused.
-
Lower-intensity ways to connect, including:
Shared meals
Walks with reflective prompts
Storytelling or listening evenings
These spaces allow people to belong first, and speak later — supporting connection to grow organically.
