No one here is an expert on anyone else’s life.

Choice and consent
You are always free to pass, remain silent, or step back.

Confidentiality
What’s shared in the space stays in the space.

Respect for difference
We welcome different identities, experiences, and perspectives.

Care without hierarchy
This is peer space, not therapy. Facilitation exists to hold the container, not to diagnose or direct.

Here Together is:

• A facilitated peer-support community

• A place for reflection, connection, and belonging

Here Together is not:

• Therapy or counselling

• A crisis support service

• A space for advice-giving or debate

If someone needs additional or clinical support, we encourage and support signposting to appropriate services.

Community is something we build together.
